Silverwest Hotels owned and operated a three-hotel portfolio in the San Antonio metropolitan area. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Schertz opened in 2015 and served the Schertz area with an upscale select service product. This area is dense in military and government travel as well as corporate business. The Hampton Inn & Suites Schertz was acquired in 2015 and provided an upscale select-service Hilton product to this government and business traveler-heavy market. The Hampton Inn Stone Oak opened in 2015 serving the northern San Antonio suburban area including Hill Country, the Stone Oak medical complexes, and various leisure destinations in the San Antonio market. All three hotels were sold as a portfolio in 2021 creating timely equity capital during the global pandemic.
