Silverwest is developing a 210-key Hotel to be affiliated with the Hilton’s Curio Collection brand. The Hotel, designed by Hart Howerton and Architects Hawaii, includes a three-meal restaurant, a pool, 2,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and dynamic outdoor event venues, a fitness center and the pro shop for the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Ocean Course at Hokuala.

Silverwest expects to open Hale Hōkūala Kaua'i, Curio Collection by Hilton in the fall of 2026.

Kauai is Hawaii's fourth largest island and is best known for its jagged cliffs, tropical rainforests and flowing waterfalls.
